Mtisunge Mikaya is an expert in project management and monitoring evaluation results and learning (MERL) and has experience in evidence based advocacy centered around the improvement of HIV/SRHR and TB service for women living with HIV, Adolescent Girls and Young Women, Key Populations and people Living with HIV to identify the gaps in quality HIV/TB and SRHR services available to them, because she feels these groups are uniquely impacted by overlapping social and structural restrictions. She has in-depth knowledge and skills in development of data collection tools, training manuals and is also specialized in Partnership, Stakeholder Engagement and Cooperation.
