The organization has a board of trustees that is comprised of 9 members. The board is responsible for:

  • Formulating and regular reviewing of the organization’s vision, values and strategic direction.
  • Reviewing and evaluation of the organization’s programs, activities and the general operation of the Secretariat:

MANASO Board has these committees:

a) Governance or Nominating Committee: This committee will oversee the operations of the board, including the selection and assessments of trustees, and compliance with governance regulations.

b) Human Resources or Compensation Committee: This committee shall be responsible for the implementation of human resources policies and procedures, maintaining the welfare of staff and volunteers and benefits of membership.

c) Finance, Audit or Risk Committee: The committee will be responsible for oversight of the controls over organizations’ assets, the preparation of financial statements and the audit of the financial statements and strategic planning.
